This stretching exercise requires the practitioner to rotate their upper body away from the floor, with their elbow and wrist bending down and toward the opposite knee. As the body rotates, the weight of the practitioner's body is then lifted off of the balls of the feet, allowing the legs to move freely. This type of stretching exercise is done on the inside of the knees, and the outside of the ankles.
